Rebirthing is a powerful breathing technique using the power of our conscious connected breath.
Universal rebirthing uses images and energies of the Zodiac Angels alongside the breath. This connects us to the divine spirit within ourselves.The images help to release self limiting beliefs and rebalances the energies of the body.
The complete journey consists of 12 days. Each day works with a specific group of our own Zodiac Angels or angel art cards along with the conscious connected breath. Each day is complete in itself, but the complete journey is amazing and life changing.
